Janine was hit by an e-scooter on an UWS greenway in NYC. The e-scooter fled and she was left with severe injuries. E-vehicles do not belong in our parks and greenways and must all be registered. NYPD wouldn’t report because they said “6 days later” is too late. This is incorrect. We must correct the miscommunication, lack of reporting and misreporting of e-vehicle crashes.
