In Sept 2023, John was running on Hudson River Greenway and hit from behind by a CITI-BIKE. They take zero accountability for their riders. Riders flee almost every time they hit someone. Riders need to be held accountable for egregious riding. License plates and registration are the way to change riding behavior and save lives of pedestrians/runners, cyclists, and e-vehicle riders. This is common sense solution to the e-vehicle crisis in NYC. E-vehicles do not belong in our parks or greenways.
